Legal Warranty of Conformity

Quality is our promise. Protection is your right.

Every Extrò Venice creation is born from selected materials and meticulous attention to detail. For this reason, all our products are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity as provided by Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code. This warranty exclusively covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery or that manifest within the period prescribed by law.

What the warranty covers

If the identified defect falls within the terms of the warranty, Extrò Venice will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with a new one,

  • And ship it back to the Customer at no additional cost, in compliance with current regulations.

What is not covered

The warranty excludes defects or damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Alterations, tampering, or unauthorized interventions

  • Normal wear and tear, natural aging of materials, or deterioration due to time

These exclusions are in accordance with Art. 130 of the Consumer Code, which distinguishes between conformity defects and damage caused by incorrect use or normal wear.

Return and Replacement Policy

A service designed to support you with the same care we put into creating our products.

At Extrò Venice, we believe in beauty that lasts, the quality of materials, and service transparency. If a purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the order, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the European Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Return Conditions

To ensure a simple and correct process, items must be returned:

  • Intact, never worn, used, or washed.

  • Complete with original packaging, and all internal and external labels.

  • Protected by adequate packaging to preserve their condition.

  • Handed over to the courier within 30 days of receipt.

If any of these conditions are not met, we will be unable to accept the return, and the item will be sent back to the Customer.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or non-conforming item: Collection is at our expense, as provided by Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.

  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of returns due to defects.

3. Refunds

Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days. The refund covers the value of the item, excluding initial shipping costs (except in the case of a defect).

4. Replacement

If you wish to change the model or variant, we will be happy to assist you:

  • If the new item has a lower price, we will refund the difference.

  • If it has a higher price, you will be required to pay the additional balance.

5. Personalized Products

Personalized creations are made exclusively for you. For this reason, pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • Made to measure.

  • Personalized upon request.

Coverage for defects or non-conformity naturally remains guaranteed.

Shipping Information

We ship to Italy, Europe, and the rest of the world. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination entered.

Below is a summary of our rates:

Italy (Mainland)

  • Standard Rate: €6.00

  • Free Shipping: For all orders over €95.00

Italy (Sicily and Sardinia)

For shipments to the major islands (Sicily and Sardinia and their respective provinces), we apply a dedicated flat rate.

  • Cost: €10.00

European Union

  • Flat Rate: €15.00

Rest of the World (Non-EU)

For all international destinations outside of Europe.

  • Cost: €60.00
